
Bio
Sarah Todd was born in Champaign Illinois and was raised in Fairfax Virginia from the age of 2. She studied at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Virginia, and received her Bachelors degree of Fine Arts in Craft and Material Studies in December 2015. While in school Sarah received the Peachtree Fellowship, and the Allan Eastman scholarship. Her works have been displayed in various Richmond based galleries as well as at the Lorton workhouse in northern Virginia. Sarah taught one on one hot glass lessons in the Make your Own Glass Studio at the Corning Museum of glass in Corning New York, and has worked on staff at Pilchuck Glass School in Stanwood Washington. She completed the glass assistantship program at the Chrysler Museum of Art in 2016, and taught Casting at the Workhouse Arts center in 2017. Currently Sarah resides in Columbus Ohio and teaches public glass blowing and casting classes at Glass Axis in downtown Columbus.
